Tucked into the quieter western end of 30A, this beach cottage sits near a stretch of Santa Rosa Beach known for its slower pace, towering dunes, and coastal dune lakes. A six-seater golf cart comes with the house, making the run to the sugar-white sand and emerald water effortless before the day has properly started. Back home, there's a shared swimming pool for afternoon laps, a patio with a barbecue for evenings outside, and retro arcade games in the upstairs hallway when the weather turns.

You'll have driveway parking for a maximum of two cars. Street parking is not permitted, but overflow parking on Charming Way is available if marked spaces are free.
One of the bedrooms has a double-over-double bunk bed and a pull-out trundle that can sleep up to five people in total – we think it might be best suited to children.
The home is spread across two floors with no lift, so you'll be on the stairs regularly across your stay.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
