A single-level Biscayne Park villa built for groups who want more than a pool to argue over. The backyard runs from fire pit to outdoor cinema screen, with axe throwing, mini golf, and oversized chess filling the gaps. The games room and generous living spaces keep things sociable when the Florida heat demands a break from the sun. When you're ready to venture out, mangrove paddling at Florida Nature Park or a twenty-two-minute drive to Wynwood Walls' open-air murals give the trip shape.

Home truths
We recommend hiring a car for ease of getting around. There's free parking for up to five cars on the driveway.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair. You'll need to request them in advance.
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on foldable beds – they must be requested at least 24 hours before arrival. We think they're better suited to children.
The pool is professionally serviced on Wednesdays and the garden receives maintenance on Thursdays, so you can expect brief visits from the maintenance team during your stay.
Hen and stag parties are strictly not allowed at this home.
