You're right in the middle of one of Nashville's loudest blocks – there's a bar and live-music venue on the ground floor of the building that keeps things lively well into the night. Ongoing streetwork on 2nd Avenue may also affect foot traffic around the entrance. Light sleepers should pack earplugs.
