Downtown Nashville, right in the thick of it. Broadway's live music and neon are a two-minute walk from the door, and Printer's Alley – with its speakeasy bars and late-night shows – is six-minutes on foot. Back inside, the fifth-floor apartment handles a group well: a king bed in the main bedroom with downtown street scenes outside the window, and a king-over-king bunk with trundle in the second room that gives a trip with friends a proper sleepover energy. The Johnny Cash Museum and Country Music Hall of Fame are both an easy walk when the mood takes you.

You're right in the middle of downtown, and the energy is constant – expect music, crowds, sirens, and occasional construction noise at all hours. It's part of what makes the location so good, but worth knowing if you're a light sleeper.
There's no dedicated parking at the building, so you'll be relying on paid parking lots or paid street parking nearby. If you're driving in, we recommend budgeting for that across your stay.
The second bedroom's king-over-king bunk is a fun setup for groups, but if you'd rather not take the top bunk, it's worth flagging when you book so your group can plan the room arrangements in advance.
