This apartment has no air conditioning, so it can get warm during summer months. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living area help, but if you're visiting during a heat spell you may want to plan around cooler parts of the day.
You'll have two reserved parking spaces in the underground garage, but note the clearance is 6'4" – taller vehicles such as large SUVs or trucks may not fit.
You're a short walk from restaurants, cafes, and the train station on Highway 101, so a car isn't essential for day-to-day errands or coastal trips – though having one opens up wider San Diego easily.
The apartment is accessed by lift, and on-site carts are available to help you move luggage or groceries from the garage up to your floor – handy if you're arriving with a full load.
