There's no air conditioning in this apartment, so warm spells – particularly in summer – will rely on coastal breezes through open doors and windows.
At full occupancy, one guest will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
The bluff-edge setting makes this apartment less suitable for young children. If you're travelling with little ones, it's worth bearing this in mind before booking.
For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
There's a doorbell camera on the outside of the front door – standard for a gated complex of this kind, but worth knowing before you arrive.
