There's no air conditioning here – the apartment relies on ocean breezes to stay cool. For most of the year this works well, but if you're visiting during a late-summer heat spell, it's worth bearing in mind.
At full occupancy, one guest will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
The fireplace in the living room is decorative only, so don't plan on a fire on cooler evenings.
There's a security camera at the front door that monitors the exterior entryway – it doesn't cover the interior of the apartment.
Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay.
You'll have access to the on-site swimming pool, clubhouse, and tennis court here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
