There's no air conditioning in the apartment – ceiling fans keep things moving, which works well in the coastal breeze, but if you're visiting in the height of summer you may find it warm on still days.
You'll have access to the on-site swimming pool and hot tub here. They're shared with the complex's other guests.
You'll have two reserved spaces in the secure underground garage – worth knowing that the clearance is 6'4", so if you're travelling in a tall vehicle or SUV, check your measurements before arrival.
The bath jets in the main bathroom are non-functional so this can only be used as a regular bathtub.
