There is no lift in this complex, and multiple staircases connect the levels throughout the community. If anyone in your group has mobility concerns, this apartment may not be the right fit.
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the office.
There is no air conditioning in the apartment, though two portable units are available for warmer months. Ocean breezes help, but if you're visiting in the height of summer, it's worth factoring in.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a travel cot and booster seat. You'll need to request them in advance.
