A gated estate in La Quinta, this villa arrives with real drama – iron double doors, a chandelier foyer, and a great room anchored by a stone fireplace that opens straight to the pool. Outside, mature palms frame a freeform pool and spa set on real lawn, with a shaded barbecue terrace for warm desert evenings and a wooden deck above a private pond for quieter moments. When the group wants to gather indoors, there's a dedicated bar lounge and a theater lounge with reclining seats. The main suite, with its own fireplace and patio access, feels like a retreat within a retreat.

Home truths
You'll need a car to get around La Quinta – the area isn't walkable for day-to-day errands or dining out. Taxis from Palm Springs airport are available, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert, but we recommend hiring a car for the most flexibility.
Work vehicles are not permitted inside the community gates, so if anyone in your group is arriving in a van, truck, or similar, you'll need to make alternative parking arrangements.
For longer stays, a California lease agreement is required.
For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
The swimming pool isn't fenced here. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
