You'll need a car to make the most of your stay here. Downtown La Quinta's shops, restaurants, and attractions are a short drive away, and the surrounding desert area isn't easily walkable. Parking for two cars is available in the garage.
Oversized vehicles and vehicles with company logos are not permitted in the community overnight, so bear that in mind if you're arriving in a van, branded fleet vehicle, or large truck.
