You'll need a car to get around – La Quinta is spread out and most restaurants, shops, and attractions require a drive. Ridesharing services do operate in the area, which is handy for festival and event days when you'd rather not drive.
Street parking is available, but you'll need to take care not to block mailboxes or driveways. Work vehicles, oversized vehicles, and vehicles with logos are not permitted inside the community overnight.
