The pool is solar heated and only warm enough for comfortable swimming between May and September. Outside those months, water temperature tracks the outdoor air and heating is not available, so factor that in if you're visiting in cooler weather.
You're in a rural small-town setting, so wi-fi and power outages do occasionally happen here – worth bearing in mind if you're working remotely or relying on a solid connection.
