A heated saltwater pool with a cinema screen rigged up poolside sets the tone for evenings that spill well past midnight. By day, there's a game yard with a four-hole putting green, life-size chess, and axe throwing – plus a climate-controlled arcade room when the desert heat peaks. The main bedroom delivers mountain views and a spa-inspired en-suite, while a covered terrace with a barbecue and an outdoor fire pit give the whole group room to spread out as the sun drops. PGA West's championship courses are a nineteen-minute drive, and the Coachella Festival grounds are even closer.
