Set between Jordanelle Reservoir and the ridgelines of Deer Valley's east side, this house is built for a full group who want more than a place to sleep after a day on the mountain. Two hot tubs mean everyone can enjoy a soak, a private sauna takes the edge off cold nights, and the basement cinema – complete with wet bar and games consoles – keeps the evening going long after dinner. Artwork and photography referencing Park City's mountain-town history and the Sundance Film Festival give it real personality. Deer Valley Resort is a twenty-minute drive, and Park City's historic Main Street about fifteen minutes by car.

Home truths
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. Another four guests will sleep on queen-over-queen bunk beds in the third bedroom – we think these are best for children.
There's free parking for up to three cars here – one space in the garage and two on the driveway.
