Home truths
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
As is common in France, the toilet is separate from one of the bathrooms. While those sleeping on the sofa bed will have access to an independent WC, they'll need to use the en-suites for showering.
There is active construction work on street and in the building, with noise running from around 7:30am to 5:00pm. If you're planning to work from the apartment during the day, it's worth factoring this in.
There's air conditioning here, but a couple of guests have noted it can struggle to keep the apartment cool on very warm days, as the apartment gets a lot of natural light. It works best at night.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot on request.
Daily housekeeping is included with your stay.
The blinds here don't fully block out the sunlight. If you're hoping to enjoy a lie-in, you might want to pack an eye mask – particularly if you're sleeping on the sofa bed.
