Tucked into Victoria Park's quiet, palm-lined streets, this house puts Las Olas Boulevard's dining and boutiques under a mile south – walkable when the mood strikes, easy to ignore when it doesn't. The pool sits in a paver-lined yard framed by palms and privacy walls, with deck space for a long afternoon of nothing in particular, a barbecue grill nearby, and giant Jenga on the lawn for when the group gets competitive. Four king bedrooms each have a private en-suite – one with a freestanding soaking tub – while the bunk room will entice kids to let loose. Topping it all off, an upper-level balcony catches the Fort Lauderdale skyline glowing at dusk.
