The west-facing balcony – exclusive to this unit and positioned right above the promenade – catches the afternoon light and the kind of sea breeze that makes air conditioning feel beside the point. Cruiser bikes, beach chairs, and boogie boards are all on hand, and Manhattan Beach Pier is a half-mile away. When the day winds down, a record player with curated vinyl and a solid entertainment setup make evenings worth lingering over.

There's no central air conditioning here – the apartment relies on the ocean breeze and portable air coolers. For most of the year that works well, but if you're visiting during a warm spell, it's worth keeping in mind.
You're right on The Strand, which means the balcony is very close to the path below – passersby are essentially at arm's reach. It's an immersive beachfront experience, and most guests love it, but it's not a secluded perch.
Your two parking spaces are arranged in tandem, meaning one car blocks the other.
