A converted barn sitting within two acres of Oxfordshire countryside, this house trades city noise for open skies and rolling fields in every direction. The Ridgeway Trail and the ancient chalk hills of the surrounding landscape are close at hand for those who want to explore, while the secluded grounds give you every reason to stay put. Inside, the ground floor stretches generously across a single level, with a mezzanine gallery looking out over the fields below – a rare sense of space and quiet for groups wanting to unwind together.

  • A gardener visits once a fortnight to tend the grounds – you may spot them mowing the lawn or working on the raised beds during your stay.

  • If you're travelling with little ones, your host has two travel cots and a high chair already on-site – you'll need to pack your own cot linen.

  • Self-check-in is available here. You'll either pick up the keys at a nearby property or use a lockbox on the premises. Your host will confirm instructions before your arrival.

  • Starter toiletries are provided. However, you will need to stock up on other essentials such as coffee and tea, as these are not included.
