Set in a quiet village just outside Bude, yet only 500 metres from the coast path, this North Cornwall house strikes a rare balance between rural calm and easy access to the sea. The kitchen is the natural heart of it, with doors opening straight onto the garden, while a separate snug and office mean groups aren't all on top of each other. Outside, the fenced garden has room to spread out on the patio or let younger guests run free. Summerleaze Beach is a twenty-five-minute walk, and Bude Canal's towpaths are a fifteen-minute stroll away.
