You'll have access to the community's pool, which is shared with other residents. It's heated in winter months only – if you're visiting in the warmer months, the water will be unheated.
You'll have one parking space included with the apartment – no guest parking is available. The space has size restrictions, so large SUVs, vans, trucks, and other large vehicles are not permitted.
Key West's tropical climate means insects are a fact of life – the home is on a monthly pest control schedule, but you may spot some of the island's wildlife.
Guests have access to all areas of the home, apart from a locked owner's closet in the second bedroom.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
