Set in Victoria Park – Fort Lauderdale's tree-lined pocket between downtown and the ocean – this contemporary house is as well placed as it is well designed. One of two connected twin villas, the main level opens from kitchen to living room without interruption, and the palm-fringed yard outside centres on a private pool with plenty of deck space to sprawl. Each of the four bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom, so large groups settle in without negotiating. Las Olas Boulevard's galleries and restaurants are under a mile south, and Fort Lauderdale Beach is five to ten minutes east by car.

Fort Lauderdale is a very driveable city, and while Las Olas and the Riverwalk are reachable on foot, the beach and most attractions are best reached by car. We recommend hiring one if you plan to explore beyond the immediate neighbourhood.
You'll have shared driveway parking for up to four cars in total – make sure you use the side directly in front of your unit, as the other half of the driveway is reserved for guests next door. No on-street parking is available in this area.
