A Moroccan-themed apartment in the quiet Italian town of Monzambano, this retreat blends warmth and character with a relaxed pace of life. The private terrace is where you'll want to spend most of your time – alfresco dining, morning coffee, or simply sitting in the sun with nowhere to be. Inside, the vibrant colours set the tone – there's a king-size bed, plus a daybed that converts into two singles for families. When you do fancy a change of scenery, Lake Garda is within easy reach, Verona is an hour by car, and Milan is driveable in two hours.

Home truths

  • The daybed in the living area converts into two single beds, making this a practical option for families or a small group. Let your host know your preferred setup before you arrive.

  • You're on the ground floor, which means easy access with no stairs to navigate — worth keeping in mind if any of your group has mobility considerations.

  • The apartment has a kitchenette rather than a full kitchen, so it's best suited to light cooking and snacking rather than preparing elaborate meals. It has a two-burner hob, a Nespresso machine and a mini fridge.

Host

This home is managed by Ivan

This home is managed directly by its owner who will be your point of contact before and during your stay. Ivan and his husband, Michele, split their time between Milan and Monzambano. Ivan works in fashion consulting, while together they’re growing a sustainable olive farm in the hills around Lake Garda. Give him design, tennis, a garden, or a good trip, and he’s happy. During your stay, this pair will look after you with a warm welcome, friendly Italian hospitality, and, of course, plenty of good olive oil.
