A three-level beach house on Florida's 30A, with a private pool, crow's nest views of the Gulf and the lake, and a golf cart waiting in the drive – this is the kind of setup that makes a group trip easy. The elevator connects all three floors, the covered deck is ideal for alfresco meals, and when the sun starts to dip, the upper balcony is the place to be. Dune Allen Beach is a seven-minute walk away, but with a pool and that perch at the top of the house, you may not always want to leave home.

You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens are for indoor use only and cannot be taken from the home.
If you're visiting between May and October, the beaches here are active sea turtle nesting grounds. You'll need to keep balcony and porch lights off at night, close your blinds after dark, and avoid using white torches on the beach – red-filter torches are available locally.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
