Straddling the Gulf and Draper Lake, this Blue Mountain Beach house earns its keep from the rooftop lookout deck down – panoramic water views at sunrise, a private pool terrace as the sky turns pink at dusk. The living areas are bright and built for gathering, with a kitchen ready for big group meals and a bunk bed bedroom that makes it easy to bring the whole family. Six bikes come with the house, handy for the 30A path and local restaurants, while a short walk leads to private beach access through the gated community.

You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens from the home are not permitted to be taken outside.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
The third bedroom is arranged with a single-over-double bunk bed – we think it's best suited to children.
At full occupancy two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area and two guests will sleep on day beds on the third floor lounge.
