Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Tucked into the heart of the 5th arrondissement, this apartment looks out over lush courtyard greenery – a quiet contrast to the lively Latin Quarter streets beyond the front door. Natural light fills both the bedroom and the living room, where classic Parisian details make it easy to settle in. The Métro is a seven-minute walk, and the Panthéon is twenty-two minutes on foot, with Notre-Dame and Sainte-Chapelle both reachable without a journey across town. A well-considered base for seeing Paris at your own pace.

Home truths
You'll need to climb four flights of stairs to reach the apartment – there's no lift in the building, so it's worth bearing in mind if you're travelling with heavy luggage.
The Latin Quarter is one of Paris's liveliest after-dark neighbourhoods, with restaurants and bars spilling out until late. If you're a light sleeper, the black-out blinds will help – but street noise in the evenings is part of the deal here.
Parking here can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport where possible.
