This compact, well-finished studio in the 16th arrondissement is located on a quiet residential street. The Arc de Triomphe is a seven-minute walk, and the Champs-Élysées is reachable in twelve – so you're well-placed for Paris's grand set pieces without the noise that usually comes with them. Inside, the custom-made furniture and high-end finishes make the most of every inch, with a sunlit corner for breakfast. We think this home provides a calm base in a very central part of the city.

Home truths
This is a studio apartment, so you'll be living and sleeping in one space. While the space is cleverly optimised, at 20 square metres, the home is compact.
You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
Parking in this part of Paris is limited and expensive, so we recommend relying on the metro, bus, or a Vélib' bike hire station nearby instead of bringing a car.

For most, it's a mandatory stop, if only to catch a glimpse of the monumental Arc de Triomphe which crowns the avenue and which was commissioned by Napoléon...
