A Provençal home near Robion, set among olive and fruit trees with the Luberon hills as a backdrop, this is the kind of place that suits groups who want to be together without living on top of each other. Three independent residences – a main house, an annexe, and a chalet – mean everyone gets their own space while sharing the garden. And that garden is where the stay really centres. There's a heated pool for afternoon dips, a separate shallow pool for little ones, pergola-shaded terraces, a pétanque court, and a pool house with a plancha for long, unhurried evenings in the Provençal air.

Home truths

  • This home is spread across a three-bedroom main house, a one-bedroom annexe, and a one-bedroom chalet. Each has its own living space and kitchen area. In the annexe, the king bedroom is separated from the living area by opaque curtains rather than a solid wall or door.

  • The chalet has a ceiling fan but no air conditioning. The three bedrooms in the main house are air-conditioned, and the annexe has air conditioning in the living space.

  • While there's a WC in the chalet, the shower is external.

  • If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot with bedding and a high chair. You'll need to request them in advance.

  • You're in a rural Provençal setting, so you'll need a car to reach the wider area. The nearest village is close by for basics, but most excursions involve a drive. Private parking is available for several cars, plus a covered shelter.
