A five-minute walk from the sand puts this Hermosa Beach apartment right in the middle of one of Southern California's most walkable coastal communities. Step outside and you're steps from 16th Street's pedestrian-only street, with Pier Avenue's cafes and shops just minutes further, and a ten-minute walk brings you to Hermosa Beach Pier and Pier Plaza. Back home, a private balcony catches the coastal breeze, and a shared outdoor dining terrace is well suited for alfresco evenings. Two separate king bedrooms make it a natural fit for two couples or a few friends who want a little breathing room.

Home truths
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. That said, with only four chairs around the dining table, we think it's best for a group of four.
You'll have one dedicated garage parking space, but vehicle size limitations apply — if you're travelling in a larger SUV or estate, it's worth checking with your host before arrival.
You'll have access to the on-site terrace here. It's shared with the building's other residents. The balcony is private.

About Hermosa Beach
Hermosa Beach is a seaside city just south of Manhattan Beach. By day, it's filled with sunbathers, volleyball players, and surfers and by night has a vibrant bar scene just off The Strand, a walking/running/biking path that stretches along its coast. This laid-back community attracts young professionals and recent college grads – half its population is aged 18-44. As you'd expect of a happening beach town, there are lots of shopping and dining options. Be aware that it's a good hour-long drive to Central LA.
