The included golf cart and six bikes make it easy to trace 30A's scenic route past its coastal villages, dune lakes, and Gulf-front stretches of sugar-white sand. An elevator running across all three floors is a quiet but practical touch for large groups arriving with luggage.

Home truths
Bedroom six sleeps up to four people in a king-size bed and a single-over single bunk bed. Bedroom eight sleeps up to eight people in two king-over-king bunk beds. We think these rooms might be best suited to children.
Beach and pool towels aren't provided here, so be sure to pack your own – bath towels are not permitted outside the home.
You'll have parking for six vehicles here.
The golf cart and bikes are a great way to explore the area, but you'll need to sign liability waivers before using them. Bikes must be locked whenever unattended, and there's a $450 fee per lost or unsecured bike – so it's worth keeping track of them carefully.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
