Steps from the sugar-white sands of Dune Allen Beach, this multi-level house is built for groups who want comfort without compromise. A heated pool and hot tub anchor the garden, bikes and a six-seater golf cart are ready for exploring Scenic 30A, and a games room keeps things lively after dark. King suites across every floor each have a private bath, while the main suite opens onto a balcony with Gulf views. A fireplace pulls the top floor together, and an elevator means no one has to haul bags up the stairs.
