Lake Norman mornings have a particular quality here – coffee on the dock, the cove still, nothing but open water in every direction. Walls of glass pull the lake into the main living level, and the private dock, covered cabana, and hot tub with water panoramas mean you're never more than a few steps from it. When the weather turns, a full game room with a pool table, air hockey, ping pong, and a built-in bar keeps everyone occupied. Two kayaks sit ready at the shoreline when the lake goes calm.

The dock is private and entirely yours – however, the beach area is shared with the neighbouring property.
Please note that both fireplaces are decorative and cannot be used by guests.
We suggest having a vehicle to make exploring the area easier. There's free parking for up to five cars on the driveway – though do note that it's concrete and slopes downhill. There is no garage access.
The home does not have blinds. Instead, curtains are installed and can be drawn for privacy and light control.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
