Right on the Gulf shore in a gated beach community, this house puts emerald water front and centre – literally visible from the living room, the bedrooms, and the furnished deck where you'll spend more time than you planned. A boardwalk leads directly onto the sand, and complimentary beach chairs, an umbrella, and a table are set out for you from March to December. When you're not on the beach, five bikes are yours to explore the community, with three pools, pickleball and tennis courts, and Camp Helen State Park all close by.

Home truths
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the first bedroom.
You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens are not to be taken from the home.
Between May and October, sea turtle nesting season is in full effect on these beaches. You'll need to keep balcony and porch lights off at night and close the blinds to avoid disorienting hatchlings – it's a local requirement, not just a courtesy.
There is parking for two vehicles here. If your group is arriving in more than two cars, you'll need to plan alternative arrangements.
