At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on either the sofa bed, the bunk bed, or the pull-out single bed in the living area.
You'll have access to the on-site swimming pool here. It's shared with the building's other residents.
You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens are provided but must stay in the home.
On-site parking is available, but the space is tight – a mid-size SUV fits manageable, while a large SUV or pickup truck will find it a squeeze.
While the home can sleep 13 people, the maximum occupancy is 10 guests.
