The third-floor tower – complete with a wet bar, refrigerator, and ice maker – is where you'll want to be for sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf. Back downstairs, high ceilings and a covered porch keep things relaxed between beach days, while a hidden reading room offers a quiet retreat from the group. A golf cart and four bikes are included, making it easy to reach Seagrove, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach.

This is a three-storey home, so you'll be moving between floors regularly – the main bedrooms are split across all three levels, and the tower bar and best Gulf views are at the very top.
The outdoor fireplace is not available for guest use – save it as a backdrop rather than a heat source on cooler evenings.
Beach and pool towels are your responsibility to bring – bath towels are provided but may not be taken outside the home.
You'll have three designated parking spaces here, and the community security gate permits a maximum of three vehicles – so plan your group's transport accordingly if you're arriving from multiple locations.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
