Blue Mountain Beach is made for long, unhurried days, and this three-floor home leans into that fully. The private pool and enclosed backyard – complete with a screened porch and fire pit – give the group a natural base for evenings outdoors, while the community pool directly across the street offers an easy second option when someone fancies a change of scene. A six-passenger low-speed vehicle and bikes come included, making it simple to explore the wider 30A stretch, and Ed Walline Beach Access is a three-minute drive away along South County Highway 393.

Home truths
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on two single sofa beds in the living area.
Bedroom one sleeps up to six people in a super-king bed and a double-over-double bunk bed, and bedroom six sleeps up to nine people in two double-over-double bunk beds and a pull-out single bed. We think these rooms might be best suited to children.
As well as a private swimming pool, you'll have access to the on-site communal pool here. It's shared with the complex's other guests.
You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens aren't permitted to leave the home.
The nearest beach is a three-minute drive rather than a walk, so you'll want access to one of the six parking spaces or plan to use the included bikes or low-speed vehicle to get there.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
