• Bedroom four sleeps three people in a king-size bed and a single bed.

• While this home can accommodate two additional guests on the sofa bed, the maximum occupancy is nine guests.

• You'll need to pack your own beach towels – the bath towels here are not to be taken off-site.

• There's free parking for up to four cars here.

• If you plan to fish from the dock or on the lake, Florida state law requires anyone over the age of ten to hold a valid fishing licence – you can pick one up through Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation before you arrive.

• Between May and October, sea turtle nesting season is in full swing on the local beaches. You'll need to keep all lights away from the shoreline at night and remove everything from the beach after dark.

• The primary booker must be at least twenty-five years old. If you're travelling with anyone under twenty-five, they'll need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian – at a ratio of one adult to every four younger guests.
