Spend the afternoon on the waterfront deck around the heated pool and private dock, or head upstairs where walls of sliding glass doors frame the pool, lake, and Gulf all at once. The top floor pulls in 360-degree panoramas alongside a fireplace for cooler evenings. Seven bikes and kayaks mean you can explore at your own pace – no plan required.

Home truths
At full occupancy, four guests will sleep on the sofa beds in the two living areas – there is a choice of five sofa beds.
The wi-fi setup here may need a manual nudge – confirm credentials with your host before arrival if remote work matters on your stay.
During sea turtle nesting season – 1st May to 31st October – you'll need to keep balcony and porch lights off at night and draw your blinds to avoid disorienting hatchlings making their way to the Gulf. Red-covered torches are recommended if you're heading to the beach after dark.
If you're travelling with a group that includes anyone under 25, your host requires one adult over 25 for every four younger guests. The primary renter must also be at least 25 years old.
While the home can sleep more people, the maximum occupancy is twenty guests.
