The private heated pool sits within an expansive patio made for long afternoons, with an outdoor dining area and gas barbecue ready for easy evenings outside. Up on the third floor, a balcony frames Gulf views that earn their reputation at sunset. Bikes and a six-passenger low-speed vehicle are included, which makes 30A's coastal trails easy to explore – no car required.

Home truths
One of the bedrooms sleeps up to five people in a superking bed and a single-over-double bunk bed – we think this room might be best suited to children.
You'll find four dedicated parking spots here – useful for a group arriving in multiple vehicles.
The home doesn't supply beach or pool towels, so make sure you pack your own before you travel.
The beach has clear leave-no-trace rules enforced by Walton County – chairs, umbrellas, and personal items left overnight will be discarded. During sea turtle nesting season (1st May to 31st October), you'll also need to keep balcony and porch lights off at night and close your blinds to avoid disorienting hatchlings.
While the home can sleep up to nineteen people, the maximum occupancy is eighteen guests.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
