Home truths
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
Bedroom four sleeps four people in two double beds, and bedroom five sleeps eight people in two king-over-king bunk beds. We think these rooms are best suited to children.
Bath towels and linens are provided, but you'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – they cannot be taken from the home.
There's parking for up to six cars here.
If you're planning to use the Low Speed Vehicle, your host requires each driver to sign a liability waiver with personal details. It's worth completing this paperwork before you arrive to avoid any delays on your first evening.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
