Tucked into a quiet corner of a coastal community, this house is built for groups who want room to breathe and plenty to do. Wrap-around porches overlook Rose Mews Park, and the swing beds make it easy to lose an hour to the coastal breeze. A separate carriage house adds real flexibility – handy for those who want a little distance from the main gathering. Four bikes are included for reaching the beach or exploring the trails, and access to the beach club brings three pools and Gulf views to the mix.

The accommodation here is set across the main house, which has three bedrooms, and a separate one-bedroom carriage house which has its own living area and kitchen.
Bedroom three has a double-over-double bunk bed along with two single-over-single bunk beds. We think this room works best for children.
All guests aged five and older need to be counted in your total guest number to receive wristbands for the community pools and amenities. This home is allocated twelve wristbands, so you're covered for the full capacity.
You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – they're not provided here.
You'll have two dedicated parking spaces here. This home is in a walkable, bike-friendly community, and with four bikes included, you may find you rarely need your car once you've arrived.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
