Home truths
One of the bedrooms sleeps up to six people in a bunk bed and two double beds – we think this room might be best suited to children.
While this home can accommodate two additional guests on the single bed and pull-out single bed in the upstairs living area, the maximum occupancy is twelve guests.
You'll have access to the on-site swimming pools, pickleball courts, and tennis courts here. They're shared with the community's other guests.
Bath towels must stay in the home – bring your own beach and pool towels for days on the sand.
You'll have two dedicated parking spaces here.
If you'd like to hire a golf cart to get around, you'll need to book through the community's designated provider. Only one cart is permitted per home and availability is first-come, first-served across a cap of eighty vehicles community-wide – so it's worth arranging early.
