Tucked among the trees in a community along Florida's 30A coast, this house is a natural base for a proper beach break. The beach club is the headline perk – three pools, a grill, and a sunset bar, all overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Back home, shaded porches and a screened porch give you somewhere to decompress without going far. Three bikes are on hand for riding to the Gulf or exploring neighbouring Seaside, and the bunk room makes the whole setup family-friendly.

One of the bedrooms sleeps up to eight people in two single-over-double bunk beds and two pull-out single beds – we think this room is best suited to children.
While the home can sleep up to fourteen people, the maximum occupancy is ten guests.
You'll have access to the on-site swimming pools here. They're shared with the complex's other guests.
Beach towels and pool towels are not provided, so remember to pack your own or plan to pick some up locally.
You have parking for two vehicles here – worth factoring in if your group is arriving in more than two cars.
If you want to hire a Low-Speed Vehicle to get around the community, rentals must be arranged through the community's designated provider, are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and only one cart may be rented per home – so it's worth booking ahead if that's part of your plan.
