You'll have parking for five vehicles on site – handy given that a car (or the included low-speed vehicle) is the easiest way to reach nearby towns and amenities along 30A.
Bath towels and linens must stay at the home, so you'll want to pack your own beach and pool towels for days by the water.
The primary booker must be at least 25 years old. Any guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at a ratio of four under 25's per adult.
One of the bedrooms has two double-over-double bunk beds and a single-over-single bunk bed that can sleep up to six people.
