A short walk from the sugar-white sands of 30A, this house is built for groups who want to make the most of a beach trip without the logistics getting in the way. The backyard delivers – heated pool, shaded dining, a gas fire pit, and a putting green – while five bikes and a golf cart mean you can cruise the scenic 30A bike path or head to Stinky's Fish Camp without a second thought. Three balconies and generous gathering spaces mean there's always somewhere good to land, indoors or out.

Home truths
Bedroom three sleeps four guests in two king-size beds, and bedroom six sleeps five people in a double-over-double bunk bed and a pull-out single bed. We think these rooms might be best suited to children.
You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – bath towels from the home may not be taken outside.
Between May and October, sea turtles nest on the beaches here. You'll be asked to keep balcony and porch lights off at night and to draw the blinds – the local guidance is taken seriously, and red-filtered torches are available nearby if you need to venture onto the beach after dark.
If you're planning to fish during your stay, anyone over the age of ten who isn't on a fishing charter will need a Florida Fishing Licence – these can be obtained through Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
