A private pool shaded by soaring pine trees, a covered pergola big enough for the whole group, and a separate carriage house that gives travelling families and friends their own breathing room – this Blue Mountain Beach house is built for a big gathering done properly. A six-seater golf cart and five adult bikes are included for exploring Scenic 30A, and Gulfview Heights beach access is a ten-minute walk from the front door, putting the emerald Gulf waters easily within reach.

Home truths
This home comprises a main house and a two-bedroom carriage house.
Bedroom two sleeps four people in a superking bed and a bunk bed. Bedroom five sleeps eight people in two double-over-double bunk beds. We think these rooms might be best suited to children.
You'll want to pack your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens are not permitted to leave the home.
The fireplace in the home is not available for guest use – worth knowing if you're planning a cosy evening in.
If you're planning an event, wedding, or celebration here, make sure you have written approval from your host before arrival – gatherings that exceed one and a half times the overnight occupancy also require prior written sign-off.
The primary booker must be at least 25 years old. If you're travelling with guests under 25, you'll need one adult over 25 present for every four younger guests.
