Home truths
The lift is not available for guest use, so you'll be navigating stairs across all three levels – plus the fourth-floor observation deck – for the duration of your stay. Worth bearing in mind if anyone in your group has limited mobility.
The pool door alarm is a Walton County legal requirement – it sounds whenever the door is slightly open, and you'll need to manually turn it off each time you exit the pool area.
Bath towels and linens are provided but must stay in the home – bring your own beach and pool towels for days by the water.
Access to the community beach club is not included with your stay – it is a members-only club and day passes cannot be purchased, so you won't be able to access it during your visit.
There's free parking for up to three cars here.
