Parking is available for four vehicles here – handy given the area, though the included Low-Speed Vehicle and bikes mean you can reach the beach, pool, and most local dining without needing a car.
Per the WaterColor HOA, every guest aged five or older counts toward your wristband allocation – and this home is allotted ten. Factor that in when planning your group, as wristbands are what give you access to the community pools and amenities.
You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens are for use inside the home and can't be taken off-site.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
