Mornings are best claimed on the front porch overlooking the park, coffee in hand – evenings, meanwhile, draw you to the fenced backyard, where a covered porch and grill make alfresco dining easy. Four bikes and a six-passenger vehicle come with the house, so exploring the community costs nothing but time. Best of all, beach club access means three Gulf-view pools, chair service, and a sunset bar are yours for the duration.
