A private boardwalk leads straight from this Seagrove Beach house to the emerald Gulf waters beyond, making beach days effortless. Back at the home, a private pool with a sun shelf sits at the centre of things, while the reverse floor plan lifts the living room to the upper level – where sea breezes and Gulf views make for a hard-to-leave morning. Expansive porches stretch the living space outdoors, and a six-passenger low-speed vehicle plus five adult bikes are included for cruising the scenic 30A coastal roads at your own pace.

Home truths
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the loft area, while four will sleep in the bunk room. The bunk room is separated by a curtain rather than a door, so we think it’s best suited to children.
Your private boardwalk gives you direct beach access, but you won't be able to set up beach chairs, umbrellas, or equipment via the boardwalk – beach setup is not permitted here.
Bath and bed linens are provided but must stay in the home – you'll want to pack your own beach and pool towels for days by the water.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
The swimming pool isn't fenced.
A six-person golf cart and five bikes are included with your stay.
